Short answer: timing How long does it take to install airport ads?
Plan 21 to 28 days from artwork delivery to an installed static unit: printing, then installation by the media owner's crew scheduled around airport operations. Digital units need no installation; files are due 14 to 18 business days before start and are loaded and tested by the media owner.

The detail

Large wraps, jet bridges, and exteriors can take longer because of airside access, and security trays need artwork six to eight weeks before start because the graphics are printed and rotated through every checkpoint. The install is scheduled by the media owner, not the advertiser.
| Format | Artwork or file due | Installed by |
|---|---|---|
| Digital networks and spectaculars | 14–18 business days before start | No install; loaded and tested |
| Banners, static spectaculars, wraps | 21–28 days before start | The media owner's crew, around operations |
| Jet bridges, exteriors, large wraps | 21–28 days, often longer | Airside install windows |
| Security trays | 6–8 weeks before start | Printed and rotated by the tray program |

Questions
Related questions
Who installs airport ads?
The media owner's crew, or for trays the program's vendor; the advertiser supplies artwork to spec.
Can installation be rushed?
Rarely; crews work around airport operations. Digital is the fast path.
What happens if artwork is late?
The unit runs late or empty under a non-cancellable contract.
What does EAM Advertising handle on an airport campaign?
Everything after the objective. We check what's open for the week, which loops are crowded and which units will sell out, and where on the arrival path your audience actually walks. We recommend the mix, secure the units, traffic the creative through airport approval, confirm posting on day one, and deliver proof of posting and play logs after. If the airport is one market in a larger plan, the same relationship covers the others.
