Short answer: timing When do I need to book airport ads for CES?
Four to six months ahead for the strongest units at Las Vegas in CES week, which means deciding in July or August for a January show. Las Vegas sells event weeks by the week with a one-week minimum, the arrival-path spectaculars commit first, and holds last about five business days.

Mid-tier units often open later, eight to twelve weeks out, but what remains by then is what nobody else wanted. Creative is due 14 to 18 business days before start for digital and 21 to 28 days for static, and contracts are non-cancellable once signed.

Questions
Related questions
How is CES week sold at LAS?
By the week, with a one-week minimum; the same unit costs more than in a quiet week.
Can I still get in two months before CES?
Usually only leftover inventory; mid-tier units and other weeks are the realistic options.
Do other Las Vegas shows book the same way?
NAB, Black Hat, Money20/20, re:Invent, and SEMA weeks book three to six months ahead for the strongest units.
What does EAM Advertising handle on an airport campaign?
Everything after the objective. We check what's open for the week, which loops are crowded and which units will sell out, and where on the arrival path your audience actually walks. We recommend the mix, secure the units, traffic the creative through airport approval, confirm posting on day one, and deliver proof of posting and play logs after. If the airport is one market in a larger plan, the same relationship covers the others.
